I had huge, airy room complete with wonderful view, effective air-con, great bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Clean room with terrace, good wifi, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, spacious bathroom, convenient location in city center with shops and churches nearby. Nice restaurant around the corner.

The hotel was situated in the central location right in the heart of the city. The food was outstanding for breakfast.

Got suite when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. Stayed for 7 nights, the staff was extremely friendly and superfriendly during all this time👍

Location just off the "tuckedaway" nature as well as the cathedral in the center of Lucca. Also, in the heart of old town.

This suite was absolutely stunning with its elegant decor and restored historic architecture. I felt like I was stepping back in time. The large seating area and flat-screen TV made it easy for me to relax and unwind after a busy day of work. I loved the wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, it added a rustic charm to the room.

Personally, I found the air conditioning to be a bit too cold at times. But I understand that others may appreciate it.

Pros": The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. The central location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city, and the staff made us feel very welcome and attended to any needs we had.

What a really amazing stay, no complaints whatsoever. Outstanding food and hot drinks. Beautiful building and rooms with a fantastic view. Magnificent location, next to Piazza San Michele, really enjoyed this place.

The 4 flights of steep stairs we had to lug our cases up to the apartment.

Stunning location in the heart of town. The room was spacious and had a great view of the piazza. While the hotel had some noise from nearby restaurants, it added to the atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms.

Location of unit was fantastic right in the middle of Lucca opposite an gelati shop! The apartment was beautiful spacious and very stylish

Unfortunately as there is no one in residence at the apartments when wearrived there was no one there to meet us and we waited 30 mins until someone turned up. Whilst the lady tried to do all she could because she is not on site maintenance issues do not get followed up. We had blocked drains in the basin and a bathroom fan that didnt turn off, airconditioner that wasnt working and no internet access all that was reported but not followed through in our 4 day stay. Furthermore the practise of leaving dirty laundry from previous geusts in cupboards until it could be collected I assumme on a weekly basis was off putting. Shame becuase the location and apartment itself were great.
